In the Name of God Amen the ninth day of September Anno Domini 1721 I William Rymill of the parish of St Dunstans in the East painter being sick in body but of good and perfect mind memory and understanding thanks be to God And considering the uncertainties of this transitory life I do for avoiding controversies after my decease make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following
that is to say first I commend my Soul to God that gave it and my body to be buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named
And as for and concerning all my worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I do order give and dispose thereof as ffolloweth Imprimis after my debts and ffunerall expenses are paid and discharged All the rest and residue of my goods and Chattles whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my welbeloved Sister Anne Aylward Widow
And I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Ann Aylward my Executrix of this my last Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills and Testaments and deeds of Gift by me at any time heretobefore made and I ordain and satisfy these presents to stand and be for and as my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the day and year first above written William Rymill
Signed Sealed published and declared by the said William Rymill as his last Will and Testament in the presence of Jno Castle, Jno Parfett.
